I am so glad I spent the money on the new glasses. The computer viewing part is about the same. I'm not totally thrilled with the aesthetics of my glasses. <br /><br />But the stellar thing is I can <i>see</i> my knitting when I look down from watching TV. A couple years ago, I would have been fine if I could have had clear glass in the bottom half of the lens, or high-mount half-glasses (the opposite of "readers"). But now.. I'm older and I <b>really</b> like having lensed correction for close up things.<br /><br />I was able to knit <i>faster</i> and after an hour-long program's worth of knitting, I didn't have a headache.
