It's hard to miss big boobs. I mean really - there they are all sticking out and stuff. But I don't think acknowledging small breasts are not useless is bad, either. At my age is it not a focus for me, but when I was younger ~ there was a direct and stated correlation between small breasts and lack of sex appeal, lack of femininity, lack of arousal for the woman, etc. So a few phrases to combat that were a-ok by me. :P~ (I used to have a t-shirt that said "the smaller the grapes the sweeter the wine".)
A small penis is harder to spot when clothed than small breasts are, though a well endowed man is fairly easy to notice ... with most pants styles. And wow --- hahahaha this conversation.
