I don't know about the whole size thing for male equipment. But it seems like the right tool for the right job. So a man who has exceptionally small resources should cultivate other skills and choose women who prefer oral or manual sex.

I would not opt for that as a preference myself.

But I do believe that paralyzed men might still like to eat women out.
