I made strawberry jam today. Not a lot, and I'm not going to can it. I'm putting the dish in the freezer. There's enough sugar in it to keep it from freezing completely solid. It's the loose jam with no added pectin.
I used a scoop of it to sweeten my mustard vinaigrette for salad.
Lunch today is fresh corn which I have husk-roasted in the oven.
