Haven is not likely to survive my personal ax another episode.

Every episode has some strange morphing of a regular person into a monster, unintentionally and beyond their control.

And in every episode, the monster is isolated voluntarily. But not restrained in any way by anyone in authority.

drama isn't always fictional, but the fictional kind is easier to feel foolish for worrying over

I'm wrapped up in the drama that is Veronica Mars. *sigh* Yes it was more than 5 years ago. Yes I feel like an idiot.

There's been some personal drama here. My SO has been sick. It's unclear whether this is one of those casual problems that people get or indicative of a resurgence in prior problems (which required hospitalization and put me on first name basis with most of the insurance company's support reps). I don't sleep well when I'm worried like this. Last night I slept on the floor next to our bed for several hours so my tossing and turning wouldn't disturb him. Tonight I will probably take something.

It's easy to immerse myself in fictional drama because none of it is my fault. There's no blame in my having an opinion but sitting back doing nothing.
