I'm still hung up on what "emergency" means and why it seems to be so damned subjective.
I've realized that "emergency" seems to mean, "I've left it too fucking late to be easily fixed." Even things like broken bones from accidents aren't universally considered to be emergencies.
So I don't understand it.
What I do understand is that if it's not an accident or completely unexpected, it's only an emergency once you've given up on living through it.
