Sep. 13th, 2009 08:12 pmI made guacamole. I think the avocados could have used more ripening time, but they were close. I did that trick where the onions and garlic and peppers are minced and sauted. I added the juice of a real lime.
Friday night I made curry. I used a pre-made cooking sauce though so it's not like I did anything really creative. But it did make 3 meals, so it's more cost effective than ordering delivery--- even with $7 for the locally made sauce, $10 for lamb, and a couple bucks in veg.
